Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
Onsite the customer location and will be the main contact for the responsibilities related to the SAP Fiori stream of the customer. You will also assist in spotting and assessing automation and service improvement opportunities, implementing them and training our clients in managing automations in their environments. As a consultant, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the application support team (L2/L3 support), delivery of system enhancements, integrations and upgrades. You will be required to follow the application support and project management process of the customer by using dedicated tools and ensuring the on-time, quality delivery of the support and software releases independently.
Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:
- Experience with FIORI Standard applications, Launchpad configuration
- Experience in SAP UX Technologies e.g. HTML5, OData, CSS3, Java Script, JSON, XML with extensive knowledge of SAP Web IDE, Eclipse IDE, SAP Build for developing, enhancing SAP FIORI and FIORI-like UI5 applications.
- Have worked with ASAP and AGILE/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively around issues/ opportunities and propose right solution
- Provide technical direction, develop and implement procedures and procure tools pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the service delivery team
- Identification and negotiation of change requests
- Extensive SAP Development background
- Australian Citizenship
