Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
In this role you will be designing and building integration solutions between SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll to SAP HCM ECC using point to point and Abap extensions, integration centre and CPI capacity using SOAP and Odata API's with 3rd party systems as well as using PI for. the SAP ECC integration with 3rd party systems to help our clients solve their integration requirements between SuccessFactors EC and ECP, SF EC to SAP HCM ECC, Fiori APPs and 3rd party integrations. This is a technical, hands on role and the successful applicant would need knowledge of the SAP products, and the integration and development products to design and build efficient solutions, leveraging the existing integrations and extending them where required.
Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:
- 2+ years of experience working with SuccessFactors Integration centre, EC to ECP point to Point integration, middleware, CPI, PI/PO, Restful and SOAP and OData integration.
- Fiori development skills an advantage.
- Must have worked on large, scale complex implementations
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with SAP ECC HCM Payroll, Time, CATS, PA and OM is critical
- Experience with SuccessFactors EC and ECP integration centre and point to point is critical
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel is critical
- Effective problem solving skills, configuring and/or. business skills to defined standards
- Effective business and technical written and verbal communication skills
- Effective business consultation skills
- Effective meeting and workshop facilitation and presentation skills
