About the Team
Join our Digital Strategy & Transformation practice and deliver technology change management to a client of ours in the energy/utilities sector.
About the Role
As a senior practitioner in our People Transformation (PT) capability team you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the practice in Australia, managing the quality delivery of PT engagements, contributing to and developing the capability of the people in the PT discipline and developing new and innovative solutions for PT digital solutions.
As a recognized expert in Change/People Transformation, you will apply thought leadership in uncovering high priority opportunities and / or challenges confronting clients and creating innovative digitally led solutions to meet their needs. Most importantly about you;
- Deliver strategy, consulting & technology offerings to new and existing clients, ensuring offerings are relevant and timely
- Utilise your experience in delivering a range of change management programs including cultural transformation, organisational design, HR transformation, and technology implementation
- Contribute to the practice's people agenda, define and develop our offers and help to grow our capabilities
